Initially, Arram was socially isolated from his fellow students due to his young age and abilities.
When he accidentally flooded a classroom in a spell gone awry, Master Cosmas recognized Arram's power and aptitude and placed him into more advanced studies. Īrram went to live and study at the University in Carthak. His father, Yusaf Draper, took him to the University to take the entrance exams, and Arram became the youngest student there. By the time Arram turned six, his local teachers advised his parents that the only place that could teach him was the Imperial University of Carthak. He displayed a powerful gift from an early age, accidentally setting numerous fires. Numair (then Arram) was born in Tyra to commoner parents who were cloth merchants.
He is married to Veralidaine Sarrasri, a powerful wild mage, and they have two children together, Sarralyn and Rikash Salmalín. He studied at the University of Carthak with Ozorne Tasikhe.
